Cancellations:

We understand things happen in life! Our team kindly ask should you need to cancel your appointment please notify your stylist directly within 24 hours of service and you only forfeit your deposit.

Late Policy:

Please notify your stylist directly if you are running late. After 15 minutes or more, you will be considered a no show and forfeit your deposit.

No Show:

All no shows will automatically forfeit their deposit. 

Deposits:

All deposits will be credited towards your hair service at time of appointment.

Products: 

Don’t love a product you purchased? We kindly offer 30 days full refund or exchange with your receipt for proof of purchase.
